The Social Media / Website Manager will administer the company’s social media marketing and advertising. This position will be located onsite at Fredericton Hyundai and Steele GMC Buick.
Administration includes but is not limited to:
Development of brand awareness and online reputationContent management and video creation
Advertising posters/ads for both print and online use
Website management and Social media content/branding
Work directly with management on marketing needs/content, etc.

Qualifications and Experience:
Possesses knowledge and experience in the tenets of traditional marketing. Marketing degree is welcomed but not required with relevant work experience.Demonstrates creativity and documented immersion in social media.
Proficient in content marketing theory and application.
Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing.
Exhibits the ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to analytical side, able to demonstrate why their ideas are analytically sound.
Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
Maintains excellent writing and language skills.
Enjoys a working knowledge of the blogging ecosystem relevant to the company’s field.
Displays ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and video format.

In this role, you'll be coordinating repair orders originating from Service Advisors at the shop and from Appointment Coodinators at our the Business Development Centre. You'll be tasked with ensuring work flows through the shop in an orderly and productive manner and for verifying that all work has been completed as per promise times.
Prioritize work according to service required, Technician and/or parts availability
Flag selected Repair Orders for Service Manager to inspect for quality workmanship and tracking comebacks
Returns Repair Order and Keys to Service Advisor for closing of Repair Order
Coordinating special order parts requirements with Parts Department
Participate in Service Training Courses as required
Answering and forwarding telephone calls
Scheduling and confirming appointments
Position will also require filling in and assisting as a Warranty Administrator or Service Advisor on as need basis.
Other duties as assigned by Service Manager
Ability to wear many different hats and a strong aptitude for working with people across multiple departments.
Experience and/or education in the Automotive Trade is a definite asset.
Steele Business Development Centre (BDC) is seeking a Sales Appointment Coordinator to join our team.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting BDC Supervisor and Sales Managers with lease renewals, outgoing sales calls, incoming sales calls, e-leads, customer service, and other duties. This is a permanent, full-time position offering full company benefits.
Excellent customer service and phone manner/etiquette.
The ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.
Strong computer skills (must be comfortable working with spreadsheets)
Previous automotive experience is an asset, but not required.
