About the Role:

In this role you will be supporting the service department with all administration tasks. As the ideal candidate, you are a friendly, outgoing individual with experience in all aspects of administration and customer relations. You also have a solid base of computer skills, including excellent abilities using Excel. 

Responsibilities will include all aspects of administrative support for the shop, such as:

  •  Processing internal paperwork, including invoicing, and ensuring proper follow through on tasks.
  •  Addressing customer concerns, and directing clients to appropriate departments
  •  Customer follow-up, including scheduling and confirming appointments as required.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting BDC Supervisor and Sales Managers with lease renewals, outgoing sales calls, incoming sales calls, e-leads, customer service, and other duties. This is a permanent, full-time position offering full company benefits.
